RMU students not immune to housing crisis

With the spring semester coming to a close, returning students are not only stressed with scheduling for the fall semester, but are also worried when it comes to figuring out where they will be living during the school year. The tight housing situation at the beginning of the fall 2009 semester did not go unnoticed to students, which prompts them to wonder what happens when there is not enough housing on campus for returning students that submit contracts.

Rune recognizes its writers

On Monday, April 5, Rune held a ceremony honoring those published in the literary magazine. If you don't know what Rune is, its RMU's own creative, literary magazine that publishes poems, short narratives, and photographs submitted by RMU students and staff, as well as other people in and around southwestern Pennsylvania.

Plastic Beach

The Gorillaz new album Plastic Beach is really a collection of completely ridiculous music. Of course the Gorillaz crazy antics were known before but this album really brings their bizarreness to light. "Orchestral Intro" opens the album with a beach setting to the sound of seagulls and waves rolling in.
