According to court documents obtained by The Sentry on October 30 a tentative settlement agreement has been reached between Robert morris College and Robert morris University over the usage of the university brand. In July, RMC in Chicago served RMU with a complaint wished to have its name changed to Robert morris University, and the school in Pittsburgh currently holds the trademark on the "university" name. No details surrounding the agreement have been released.
