According to court documents obtained by The Sentry on October 30 a tentative settlement agreement has been reached between Robert morris College and Robert morris University over the usage of the university brand. In July, RMC in Chicago served RMU with a complaint wished to have its name changed to Robert morris University, and the school in Pittsburgh currently holds the trademark on the "university" name.
